We have a multi-stage training process. The process starts with a short classroom training session to review purpose and required duties of the supervisor, related to safety concerns and incident investigations. Then it continues with hands-on training on proper steps to conduct a proactive investigation. The process evolves with support from the SafT Officer on corrective actions and implementation of those corrections. The SafT Officer also conducts reviews and training with the Supervisor through the process and all incidents. This is a main building block in changing and improving culture and communications.
